APT-Advanced Positional Training
The purpose of APT is to work on and improve individual volleyball skills. This is an important addition to the regular training schedule. All national level teams are required to attend APT. Regional level teams also have the option to and are strongly encouraged to participate.
Players will be video taped at APT. This taping will be available for each player to review. The review will include visual evaluations as well as instructional comments to enhance the growth of volleyball skills in each player. Karl Katzenberger, Minnetonka HS Head Coach, will create these tapes during the APT sessions and will inform players on how to access their video.
The first APT training is on Sunday, Dec. 9, 2018 from 5:30 -7:00 PM at MCA and concludes May 12, 2019. Training takes place by multiple coaches.
